Finance update

CRKN is pleased to provide its quarterly financial update for the benefit of CRKN members in anticipation of the fall invoicing season. Members will recall that the bulk of CRKN invoicing takes place in October and November for the majority of CRKN licenses (with a January-December license period).

In addition to the invoicing schedule, the memo describes CRKN’s move to all-electronic invoicing, CRKN’s registration for the QST, reaffirms the interest in overdue accounts policy, invoicing for the sustainability period of the DCI project, and CRKN’s use of forward contracts.
