Allison Kelley

As Licensing and Member Services Coordinator, Allison serves as the primary contact with CRKN member and vendor communities.

 

Prior to joining CRKN, Allison spent 12 years working in academic and public libraries. She has been a librarian at the University of Ottawa and the Ottawa Public Library, and has volunteered extensively with national and provincial library associations.

 

As Licensing and Member Services Coordinator, Allison works closely with members to understand their needs, assess and develop content expansion projects, ensure successful license implementation, and resolve license and access issues to ensure members derive ongoing value from CRKN license agreements.
