Evaluation
Electronic AGM evaluation has been conducted with webcast and in-person participants. Results posted here include a summary as well as the survey responses.
The 2010 AGM had a registation of 116 (62 in-person; 54 online). Overall feedback was received after the event from 24% of participants; online feedback after each session received 68% feedback. From the responses, two-thirds would have registered in either format, and most (85%) favor delivering the AGM in both formats (in-person and online).
The balance of programming to social and networking interaction received a good rating. Members gave high relevancy ratings, and online participants reported the level of detail received was "just right". Both online and in-person respondents were satisfied with the event and the administrative support.
