Description: Hosted by Dyna Vink, Communications Manager, CRKN this session is targeted to Library Directors, Collections, Public Services, technical and finance staff. In response to the strategic imperative to develop the communications function, a communication outreach project has been implemented to learn about member and stakeholder priorities and preferences. Hear about the three-stage outreach and understand the thinking behind the questions.
