    CRKN is pleased to provide its quarterly financial update for the benefit of CRKN members in anticipation of the fall invoicing season. Members will recall that the bulk of CRKN invoicing takes place in October and November for the majority of CRKN licenses (with a January-December license period).

  • Finance update - CRKN registers for QST

    Announcements

    Effective August 17, 2011, CRKN has elected to become a QST registrant. The change will simplify the administration of the tax for members in Quebec for invoices dated September 1, 2011 and later. Members outside Quebec will NOT be impacted.

     

  • CRKN Introduces Beth Dunning to Head the Licensed Content Program

    The Canadian Research Knowledge Network (CRKN) is pleased to announce that Ms. Beth Dunning joins the organization as Manager, Content Programs effective July 18, 2011. Beth joins CRKN from Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada, where she worked as a Research Officer in the Strategic Policy and Research Branch. She brings strong member services experience, a solid understanding of library issues, and familiarity with research content from her work in libraries and with the federal government.
